In school you learn about dinosaur’s species then later in college you get to know how your body works. There are others that live life without knowing how there body functions and live like animals, oblivious. This is pretty disappointing since in our body is where we live. We learn later in life the definition of “wellness”. To reach or try to incorporate wellness, it is very important to understand the word, as well as how it affects us directly and/or indirectly. We have access to information but is sometimes ignored. For example, sitting upward hurts your back but they continue to do so because of their habits.
The word, “wellness” is described as an option on how to live life, as a lifestyle, a process, a way to balance your energy in an effective way, the integration of your body, mind, spirit, self-love it all comes down to the energy you give and receive.
The choices that we make and energy that we give and receive it’s also guided by how educated we are regarding our overall wellness. For example, what we eat? How you sleep? When? And why? Not just because you like it, we should have it. Or we dont sleep when we need sleep sometimes.
We spend this energy by communicating, working looking for a purpose, moving not only externally but internally breathing, digestion, circulation, thinking and intimacy. All of these aspects of our life are connected. Sometimes with factors we cannot control to improve our wellness like a hereditary sickness.
In order to have well-being, it is necessary to determine what are those destructive things in our lives that can lead us to an unhealthy life such drug addiction and going broke. Go in-depth, how does alcohol or drugs affect your wellness. If you had the information accessible there is less probability of usage. In a nutshell not only letting ourselves be carried away by the nutrition, physical appearance of a person but also in the mental, emotional and spiritual area. Because there are many factors to consider such as the environment economic, psychological status. For example you can meet an athlete who is physically fit but might be suffering from depression. Or a person who is emotionally smart but is overweight with diabetes II. In conclusion, life should be, “SHOULD BE” a balance to obtain overall wellness. Which is not always the case however being conscious and aware helps to give us guidance of where do we have to be.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
